INTRODUCTION
3Wire RS2MQTT is an industrial grade 4G Data Transfer Unit (DTU) for connecting your Serial and Ethernet* devices, such as PLCs, meters, and sensors to an IoT platform.
RS2MQTT is able to poll the required data from your Serial devices and send it as MQTT or HTTP Post over GPRS or LTE network. You can configure the connected devices thru the serial port, configuring and defining the required data and interval.
Upto 800 data records are stored in it’s internal cache memory to prevent data loss if the 2G / 4G connection is lost. The unit also comes with specially designed watchdog circuit to ensure stable continuous operation of 4G connectivity.
